We opened Art Cafe in 2012, directly opposite the roastery. The building is an old Norfolk flint barn that once used to be a carrot washing shed (which explains the partially sloping floor). We lovingly converted it into a delightful cafe retaining the brick and flint walls, all of the original roof beams, and adding a more comfortable wooden floor.
The cafe offers great tasting breakfasts and lunches, Grey Seal coffee (to drink and to buy), tea and cakes throughout the day - all using locally sourced food wherever possible.
Inside the cafe is the gallery with regularly changing exhibitions of local art and a shop with a wide range of largely local crafts for sale.
There is also a log fired stove for those cosy, cold and wintry days and plenty of outside seating in a courtyard as well as on the green opposite for those sunnier days.
The area is well known for it's walking and cycling and so naturally, walkers, cyclists and well behaved dogs are welcome!
